Good things here
Maintenance in the society is very good. The water facilities are very good, and there is power backup available. Garbage collection is done daily, which helps keep the area tidy. Connectivity is good; cabs and autos are easily available if we book. Construction quality is very good; there are no issues in the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained. There is an arts hall for various social events. Public transportation is available within 500 meters, which is very convenient. Maintenance is very efficient. There is visitor parking available.
Things need improvement
Metro is available around 6 km away from the society. Road construction quality is not good in the society. There is still ongoing construction, which is inconvenient in the society.

Good things here
Connectivity is usually good with easy access to autos, cabs, metro, and railway stations nearby. The neighbourhood is friendly, and I feel safe with good CCTV coverage and security measures. Parking, including guest parking, is convenient. Maintenance is reliable; the lifts work well, and cleaning and garbage collection are handled efficiently. Construction appears solid without visible issues like cracks or leaks. Amenities such as the garden, children's play area, and gym are well-maintained and enjoyable.
Things need improvement
Despite the positives, one drawback is that there are network issues with the phone network. It can be frustrating, especially during important calls or emergencies.

I really enjoy living here. The connectivity is excellent, making it convenient to get around. The maintenance team does a wonderful job, keeping everything in top shape. The construction quality is reliable, making me feel secure and comfortable. The neighbors are very friendly, adding to the welcoming community vibe. Overall, it's a fantastic place with all the amenities you need
Things need improvement
Amenities are not available in this society, which is a bit disappointing. I think this is an area that should be improved to enhance the living experience here.

Good things here
Functional lifts , Good water , electricity supply and proper garbage collection. People in the society are quite friendly , they celebrate all the festivals together. No issues like leakage , seepage or cracks in the building . Amenities like swimming pool, gym , club house and park are available in the society. Good security and parking facilities.
Things need improvement
Public transport is far from the society, but autos and cabs are available for the connectivity. If mosquitos are there in the society ,pesticides are used. No other issues in the society.

water and electricity supply is good and there are no complaints. The maintenance is very luxurious. You get notified beforehand and price is also in my budget which is amazing as this city can be pricy.
