The train station is only half a KM away. Moreover, the safety measures taken by the builders are great and come with an intercom and 24X7 security for the resident's safety and security. Kudos on such a great project!

Tough the Complex is situated in an upscale neighbourhood the issue of water logging along the complex is there. Traffic jams are also a regular occurrence that may be an issue for some.
