Good things here

I'm going to buy a 1BHk here, I found the price to be justified for the premium holiday home they are offering. They have various sizes of homes here. The location is good, and Condolim is less an hour's drive away

Great cleanliness

Clean & well maintained

Moderate maintenance charges

Strong walls and pillars

Good quality plaster and fitting

Residents pay maintenance in time

Things need improvement

everytime is nice over there but the main problem is traffic which causes due to main road. Otherwise there is no disadvantage.
