Good things here

connectivity is good, good air ventilation and enough sunlight in all rooms,, all festival celebrates in society,

Autos and Cabs easily available
Wide and spacious roads
Metro station nearby
Public transport accessible
No water logging on roads
Great cleanliness
Clean & well maintained
Moderate maintenance charges
Strong walls and pillars
No seepage issues
Good quality plaster and fitting
Good celebration of festivities

Good things here

Pro: 1. Location wise good, walking distance to Akurli metro station. 2. society has a small kid park, swimming pool (in the 1st floor), gym & game room. 3. Society is pretty new. possession started in mid 2021. 4. Builder did provide with interior and amenities such as fridge, washing machine, 2 TV, AC, gyser. So in rent you'd mostly get fully furnished flats. 5. Small grocery shops & medical stores behind the store 6. Beatiful view from top floors. as there's highway & TOI office so "free open view" gurantee in future

Things need improvement

Cons: 1. Sitatuted just by the highway, so commuting can be a challenge, as getting auto in the middle of a highway is tough ask. 2. Walking from auto stand or metro to Society is tough, as it always occupied with construction and traffic 3. Flat area are too small and compact. great for small working family or bachelors. will not reccomend for joint big families 4. Drainage smell of society would cover your room. Literally had to use room sprayer before entering room or washroom 5. You can expect traffic noise 24X7 as it is just beside road, even on top floors 6. Parking is a nightmare, as there is very very limited parking space. hardly can accomodate 25 cars. 7. no free area for walking or excercising 8. building construction is still ongoing (no gas pipeline). Hence lobby is always full of construction items and CEMENT DUST
