Good things here
Cose proximity to the Yamuna Expressway, which makes commuting easier. The presence of CCTV cameras throughout the society adds to the feeling of security. Plus, the beautiful park and lake where boating can be enjoyed are wonderful amenities. I also find the multiple building floors with efficient lifts, along with the 20+ buildings with guards, and ample parking space in the basement and ground floor to be very convenient features that I like.
Things need improvement
The distant location from the main city can be inconvenient, especially with expensive auto fares and high costs of items in the society market. Network connectivity issues can also be frustrating at times. Additionally, the lack of gym or club facilities, along with no metro connectivity and an unmaintained swimming pool, are drawbacks that I wish were addressed for a better living experience.

Good things here
There are CCTV cameras everywhere probably helps everyone feel safer. Having a big park, a lake, and even boating options nearby sounds like it creates a really peaceful and enjoyable atmosphere for leisure activities. Plus, having multiple floors in each building with three lifts must be really convenient for everyone living there. And it's reassuring to know that there are guards in every building and parking area for added security.
Things need improvement
The distance from the main city can be inconvenient and costly for transportation, which might be a challenge for some residents. Dealing with auto drivers charging high fares, especially for students going to Galgotias University, can be frustrating. The higher cost of goods in the society market may also be a concern for residents. Additionally, experiencing network issues that disrupt connectivity can be inconvenient for staying connected.

Good things here
Having a lovely park nearby with a lake for boating sounds fantastic. Knowing there are security cameras all over probably helps you feel safer, and having guards at the reception in every building is handy. Plus, having plenty of parking space is always a plus. And it's great that the parks are well-maintained and pet-friendly!

. The distance to the main city and high auto fares can be inconvenient at times. Also, the slightly higher cost of items in the society market may not be ideal for everyone. Dealing with network connectivity issues can also be frustrating. Despite these drawbacks, the amenities and overall ambiance of the society are still appealing for potential renters.

Auto drivers also tend to charge a lot to go to places like Galgotias University. Plus, things can be more expensive in the market here. And to top it off, there are often problems with phone and internet connection.

The Yamuna Expressway must make commuting a lot easier.
