Construction quality is very poor, faulty (poor) building designs, builder does not want to address the faulty design issues for which buyer has to spend from his pocket, you see rainwater seepage at multiple locations of the building. Poor execution quality, not even one wall you find without undulations, not worth for the price they are selling. Builder is not quality conscious. Pathetic landscaping

Ola, Uber cabs arrive on time, there are bus stops, and everything is nearby. A lovely park and a pool are inside the project. For the safety and security of the residence, CCTV cameras are also present. This project is exceptionally good as you can quickly book a cab or taxi and it reaches you quickly without facing jams. Other facilities are also available here. All major schools, colleges, and institutes are nearby, which further relieves the parents.

All the basic amenities are not properly available nearby. It is a nice project with a beautiful environment in society, but it is still under construction. There are still many more apartments there to be built. Safety and security are taken care of nicely with the support of CCTV cameras and security guards, which greatly reduces the fear of any kind of problem for the kids or women.

The maintenance is done regularly so, you can also enjoy the green parks and all other amenities like swimming pool, gym, golf course, shops and it even has ATMs right inside. The ample parking space along with good connectivity and well-constructed houses tempts you to stay here. There is a small concern about the network which is not so great and you might not be able to comfortable to do work from home sometimes. The safety and security of the residents are also taken care of well of there are CCTV cameras installed everywhere along with professional guard support. The roads are well built and maintained.
