Good things here
Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available at a walkable distance outside the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society. Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. Drainange system is very good in the society.
Things need improvement
The connectivity of the society is average, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are not available at a walkable distance outside the society. The wait time is sometimes more while taking a public transport. constructuion quality is average in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Water supply issues are faced sometimes in the society, most of the time water is not available as it is used. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are not available in the society. Park is available but parks are not maintained properly in this society. People are not very friendly and cooperative in the society, all the festivals and events are not celebrated together in the society.

Good things here
Nearby, there are auto-rickshaws, online cab services, markets, and schools, which adds to the convenience. Since our society comprises individual houses, there are no elevators, but cameras are installed and operational for security purposes. For transportation, my family relies on our personal vehicle. The society is well-maintained, with regular cleanliness efforts, and garbage collection occurs in the afternoon between 1:30-2:30 PM. It's also pet-friendly, fostering a supportive and helpful community atmosphere. We come together to celebrate various festivals like Diwali, Holi, Christmas, as well as national holidays such as Republic Day and Independence Day within the society premises.
Things need improvement
Public transportation is infrequent in our area, making commuting challenging. Unfortunately, there are no nearby gyms or swimming pools, and the hospitals in the vicinity are only average. While there's open parking space, there are no designated areas for visitors' vehicles. I think the society should prioritize improving its parking facilities to address this issue.

Good things here
Our neighborhood was super easy to get around, with the metro station close by and great roads without any traffic jams. Everything always looked tidy and well-kept, which was a plus point. Adding on to this, we never had to worry about leaks or seepage, which was a big relief. It was nice having parks nearby to relax in, and celebrating festivals together made the community feel like home. Living here was just really comfortable and enjoyable overall.
Things need improvement
The only problem with the society was that Gyms, swimming pools and club houses are still under constuction. They haven'y been completed yet. Societie's Management should take into this consideration to ensure the fulfillment of amenities and facilities.

Good things here
Metro is there, busses, erickshaw are easily available, main route connectivity kaafi acchi h centre m h society so if Delhi, Greater Noida travel krna ho we can easily go. I have not face seepage issue till yet. Garden area, temple, Badminton court, Volleyball court is there. People: are very freindly, all are residing with families, fesrivals and functions are celebrated here.
Things need improvement
Water issue is there, electricity supply is not very frequent, Also there is no power backup in the society. Apart from that the quality of construction is not good as per the standard, plaster of walls are not good. plaster material is of bad quality. Swimming pool and clubhouse are under consrruction.

Good things here
The connectivity of the society is good, punlic transportations are available nearby the society. Schools and hospitals are also nearby the society. The maintainance of the society is good, society is kept clean. Lifts works properly in the society. The neighbours in the society are very friendly and cooporative, all cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society.
Things need improvement
There are no nearby metro station around the society, it is far from the society. CCTV cameras are not installed in the society's premises. Water logging is a concern in the basement area, specially during rainy season water logging issues are faced inside the society, mainly at basement area.

Basement parking hai society mein . Garbage disposal ab thoda improve hua hai. Connectivity acha hai , autos wagera mil jata hai, ek paas mein mall bhi ban raha hai society ke. Kaafi bachelors log rehte hain , kuch log theek hain.
Things need improvement
Jaha hum rehte hain wo abhi incomplete hai society, kuch bhi nahi hain yaha. No facilities like gym , swimming pool & clubhouse in the society. Bas hum log jaise taise reh rahe hain yaha. Seepage ka bhi issue hain yaha. Light ka problem hai, paani me bhi problem hai. Lifts hai society mein but mostly kharab rehti hai.

Good things here
Connectivity with IT companies and shopping malls via FNG expressway make it well conencted with NCR. The society has amenities, parking and CCTVs for security. The construction quality was good. Connectivity of transport was good. Through festivals everyone get toggether and enjoy
Things need improvement
Merto station is not near by the society its very far from society around 10 to 15km.

I can easily access Gurgaon where I work and there is also the Rewari railway station nearby. The amenities at the project are really good including gymnasiums, shopping centre, club house and many more. All basics are also there for a convenient lifestyle which is basically what I am paying for here. I will give it a good rating.

Quick access to shopping malls and hospitals in the vicinity along with other daily living necessities. The project offers a lot of space to move around and the flats are designed intelligently for space optimization as well. Overall amenities are at par with big complexes in other parts of NCR.

See if you want a peaceful existence without the bustle of Gurgaon, then this is it. I am appreciating the innovative project layout and open space. The apartments are quite spacious and the budget is also just right for my needs. Good work done by the developers.
