Connectivity is convenient, with schools, hospitals, petrol bunks, and shopping malls within a 1 km radius. Construction quality is high, with well-maintained roads and ample parking space. Street lights ensure visibility and safety. Amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, and kids' play area enhance residents' quality of life. Maintenance services, including cleaning and garbage collection, are commendable. Water and electricity supply are reliable, with no leakage issues. The community is friendly and supportive.
Things need improvement
The main road in this society experiences frequent traffic issues, causing congestion and inconvenience for residents and commuters traveling through the area.

Good things here
Connectivity, like cabs and autos, is easily available in the city if we book Ola and Uber. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. Maintenance is very good; the cleaning in the society is very good. Water facility is very good, available 24/7 in the city. Power backup is also available. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately in the city. Amenities like swimming pool, club house, gym, table tennis, and badminton court are available and maintained well in the society. Facilities like local markets, shops, and vegetable markets are all available within walking distance from the city.
Things need improvement
Public transportation, like buses, is not available nearby; it's about 2. 5 kilometers away from the city. There is no visitor parking area in the society. There are a lot of traffic issues in the city.

People are very friendly in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouse, gym, badminton courts, and kids' play areas are available and well-maintained in the society. Parking area is very spacious in the society. Management of the society is very good; they ensure upkeep both inside and outside the society premises.
Things need improvement
There is no visitor parking facility in the society; they have to park on the outside. Road repairs are not good, and the construction quality is poor. There are also some internet issues intermittently in the society.

Amenities like maintaining the swimming pool are very clean; they do it weekly once in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. Autos are available 24/7 nearby the society. International schools are there nearby the society within 3-4 kilometers. There are also restaurants nearby the society.

The construction quality is poor; there are leakage and seepage issues in the flats, such as seepages in bathrooms. The roads are not in good condition in the society. There are so many traffic issues inside the society; it is very inconvenient.
