Good things here
Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, badminton court, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained in the society. Cabs and autos are also available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. Water facility is very good, available 24/7 in the society. There is an IT company near the society, and hospitals are available within 1 kilometer from the society, which is very convenient. Power backup is available in the society. Garbage collection is very good; they will collect both wet and dry waste separately in the society. Parking area is very spacious in the society. There is also a spacious visitors' parking area in the society. Ventilation of the flats is very good in the society.
Things need improvement
Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. Construction quality is poor; there are some seepage issues in bathrooms, and the flush water is not good. The flush water emits a very bad smell, which is very inconvenient. Public transportation is far from the city, around 1 kilometer, which is very inconvenient.

Good things here
This society is not a high-end one, but it boasts all the essential facilities and maintenance services are well-functioning without any interruptions, due to the competent maintenance staff on-site. Residents do not need to rely on external workers for tasks such as electrical and plumbing repairs. The connectivity of the society is excellent, with a nearby Manyata IT company, schools, and markets all within a 1km radius. Transportation options like cabs are easily accessible. Security guards are stationed 24/7 to ensure residents' safety. Basic amenities include a gym and well-maintained play areas for children. Approximately 250 families call this community home, and the atmosphere is friendly, with residents celebrating Hindu festivals together. The construction is a bit older but no issues with its quality.
Things need improvement
In the past two years since I moved out, there haven't been any public transportation options near the society. In recent days, the rent has increased significantly.

Good things here
The atmosphere in the society is pleasant, with green areas providing a convenient sight. Residents are friendly and respectful, contributing to a positive community vibe. Water availability is excellent 24/7, and power backups ensure uninterrupted supply. Maintenance is thorough, both inside and outside the society, enhancing convenience for residents. Despite being small, parking is available for every resident, along with a designated visitor parking area.
Things need improvement
The construction quality in the society leaves much to be desired, with reported issues affecting the swimming pools and causing disturbances from construction sounds during repairs. While public transportation is easily accessible around 2 meters away, the metro station is inconveniently located approximately 1. 7 kilometers away. However, the maintenance experience is excellent, despite the relatively high quarterly fee of around 11,000 rupees.

Amenities like swimming pools are well-maintained and kept very clean, ensuring hygiene. The gym is also well-equipped and recently renovated. The clubhouse is very spacious, suitable for hosting various parties. Facilities like tennis courts, kids' play areas are available and well-maintained in the society. Public transportation like buses is also available within 200 meters from the society. Connectivity like cabs and autos is available within a walkable distance, and they are also available on the main road of the society. Water facility is excellent, available 24/7 in the society. Power backup is also available. The community is very good.
Things need improvement
Hospitals are located a bit farther from the society, around 3-4 kilometers away. The construction quality is poor; there are some minor issues like seepages in bathrooms and some minor cracks in flats.

Amenities like swimming pool, gym, tennis, kids' play area, and well-maintained amenities are available and very convenient. Construction quality is good; there are no cleanliness issues or leaks. Metro stations are available within a 1-2 kilometer radius. Shops are accessible within a 1 kilometer radius. Maintenance charges are reasonable. Public transportation is easily accessible via cabs and autos if booked online.
Things need improvement
Public transportation is available within a inconvenient distance, around 2 kilometers away. . Maintenance should be improved in the society. Greenery should be increased around the city.

Good things here
The maintenance charges are justified. Cleanliness is maintained. The residents are very cooperative and enthusiastically celebrate festivals together. The society has all modern amenities. There are no issues with leakage or seepage. Cabs are available in the society through online booking.
Things need improvement
The frequency of autos from the society is very low. The nearest bus stop is 2 km away from the society. There are offices located a bit away from the society, causing traffic jams during office hours. Occasionally, there are water crises in the society.

The maintenance and cleanliness were good, elevators were well-maintained, and there were amenities like open badminton, gym, swimming pool, a small kids' play area, and rainwater harvesting. The people were cooperative, and there was power backup.
Things need improvement
Public transport was 2-3 km away, the roads were narrow, and the construction quality was just okay, with multiple cracks and seepage during the rainy season. The society wasn't painted during my stay.

Ventilation in the flats is excellent because every balcony is spacious and allows for free airflow. Additionally, there is a small event hall in the society.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is not good in the society, with some seepage issues in bathrooms. Public transportation like buses is not available, which is inconvenient, as it's quite far from the society. Roads inside the society are not in good condition, making it difficult to drive on them.
