Local auto services are easy to get, the society is near Vella Mart School, construction is generally okay and issues are fixed on time, people are friendly, amenities like the gym, clubhouse, play area, and a small park are well-maintained, garbage is collected even on Sundays, and there is no water scarcity. read more

Things need improvement

Ola and Uber are difficult to get, there is traffic during peak times, the construction is not perfect after 10 years, and the society feels isolated with limited options for outdoor shopping, relying mostly on Big Basket. read more

Cabs are not available in front of the society, making transportation challenging. Additionally, there is no lift available in the society, which may inconvenience residents, especially those living on higher floors. Drainage cleaning is not up to par, which can lead to sanitation issues. The lack of amenities in the society further diminishes residents' quality of life. Frequent power cuts add to the discomfort. Moreover, the absence of security measures poses safety concerns for the residents. Overall, the cleaning and maintenance standards in the society are inadequate. read more
