Good things here

In this society, all maintenance facilities are well-satisfied, with work such as cleaning and garbage collection services consistently provided on time. Servants for various tasks are readily available within the community, ensuring smooth functioning. There are no complaints about water scarcity during the summer months, due to an excellent maintenance team. Electricians and plumbers are easily accessible to everyone at minimal charges. The society has excellent connectivity, with clinics, supermarkets, and bus stops within walking distance. Several schools are located within a 2km radius of the society. Amenities such as a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, and outdoor play areas are there. Adequate parking space is also provided, ensuring convenience for residents and visitors alike.

Things need improvement

Good things here

Connectivity is excellent with easy availability of Ola and Uber rides to the society. The water facility is reliable, and power backups are consistent. Garbage collection is efficient, with separate collection of wet and dry waste. The maintenance of lifts in the society is exemplary. Amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, table tennis, and kids' play area are well-maintained. Maintenance charges are reasonable, and there are spacious parking areas with dedicated visitor parking facilities within the society.

Things need improvement

The absence of a nearby metro station is highly inconvenient for residents of the society. Additionally, traffic outside the society poses further inconvenience to residents. People are not friendly and cooperative in the society
