Things need improvement
The society faces difficulties in managing its water resources efficiently. The area surrounding the society experiences traffic congestion, which can be a source of frustration and inconvenience for residents. The absence of adequate public transportation options and parking facilities could pose challenges for residents in terms of commuting and vehicle parking. Residents may encounter problems with mobile network connectivity within the society, affecting their ability to communicate effectively.

Good things here
The society has a well-maintained club and shops within the premises. There is a spacious playground and an advanced gym facility, making it easy to stay active and healthy. The apartment and well build and spacious with proper ventilation. The swimming pool is well-maintained. Additionally, there is ample parking space for residents and guests as well.
Things need improvement
However, the maintenance charges are quite high. Water is only available for six hours a day, which can be inconvenient. Also, there is no metro connectivity, making commuting challenging for those who rely on public transportation.

From recreational areas like the play area and gym to essential services like security and maintenance, it seems like we have everything well-covered. Having a swimming pool for regular exercise and lift maintenance adds to the convenience and comfort of living here.
Things need improvement
There are no major dislikes about our society! Increasing the parking area to accommodate more cars and bikes sounds like a practical improvement that could enhance convenience for residents.

Things need improvement
I faced a problem with the flat next to mine. There were bachelors living there who frequently increased the volume of their speakers. Whenever I asked them to lower the volume, they would behave rudely towards me. facilities like gym, swimming pool, club house, play area for kids are not available in the society.

Good things here
There are no powercut issues or water issues.There a lot of people living in society ,there is a tight security too. The walls and seepage are strongly built,I guess the quality is of best standard.no shortage of transportation either.there is no clogging of water either in rainy season
Things need improvement
there is nothing I dislike about this place. this place has vijetha mart,foodcourt,swimming pool and many amenities.
