Good things here
This society is very well-connected, as within a 500-meter radius, there are international schools, a couple of hospitals, various markets, small shopping complexes, and accessible bus stops. The construction quality is also commendable, as all aspects such as painting, electrical systems, and other amenities were renovated last year. The maintenance of the society is also satisfactory due to the efficient association management, with charges set at Rs 1.75 per square foot, while water and electricity charges are separate. Additionally, amenities such as a swimming pool and gym are available.
Things need improvement
Society lacks amenities such as a clubhouse and outdoor game facilities. Adding these amenities would be advantageous.

Good things here
The people in this community are well-educated, thoughtful, and attentive to their surroundings. They take excellent care of their environment. The connectivity within the community is top-notch, with easy access to daily necessities such as grocery stores, dairy products, and vegetables, all within walking distance. The power backup systems in this community are reliable, ensuring uninterrupted electricity supply. Security measures, including CCTV systems, are effective, providing residents with a sense of safety. Parking facilities are ample, with sufficient space provided for residents' vehicles.

Sometimes the management does not take care of the cleanliness of the common areas.
