Good things here
I've lived for 2 years in a 1BHK flat on 6th floor . The room had great view from the balcony . Gym and Clubhouse are always available for use. There is also an good Hospital nearby .The rooms are also equipped with good security system.

Low power cuts

Nearest location for Public transport is a bit far . The road which leads to the society is narrow and sometimes gets water logged .
