Parking is spacious, accommodating both two-wheelers and four-wheelers, with designated visitor parking as well. Public transportation, such as bus stations, is available, but they are inconveniently located about 3-4 km from the city. Metro stations are available nearby. Additionally, the greenery around the city could be improved. read more

The water facility in the city is excellent, available 24/7. Power backup is also provided. The parking areas are spacious throughout the city. Connectivity, including cab stands and auto-rickshaw stands, is easily accessible within walking distance and also nearby. Booking Ola and Uber is hassle-free in the city. Additionally, amenities like swimming pools, clubhouses, gyms, table tennis, and kids' play areas are well-maintained in the society. read more

The construction quality in the society isn't good, leading to leakages in the walls and seepages in the bathrooms. Maintenance charges in the city are expensive. Additionally, there is no visitor parking area in the society. read more

Good things here

Auto and Ola cabs are allowed to come, there's no traffic issue, most flats have parking (though I don't need it), and there are swimming pool and children's play area. The people are good, mostly from different parts of India, especially South India. read more

Things need improvement

The construction quality is not good in this 8-9 year old apartment, with some cracks but no seepage. Maintenance is just okay, garbage collection isn't very clean, one of the three elevators is always switched off, there's no CCTV, and security services are lacking. read more

Cost of living is higher as compared to other, maintainence fees and very jams are their in public transports. This can make commuting to and from work and school a challenge. read more
