The residence is so green and has vast space for gardening. The place is so calm for meditation and yoga as well. I used to meditate here every morning. My husband walks every day on the jogging track here. My father-in-law also walks in the evening here. It has basketball, and badminton courts, golf course. For indoor activities, a skating rink and squash court exist here. A swimming pool, banquet hall, community hall, garbage disposal and library exist here. Inhabitants are so friendly and beneficial over any emergency. Overall, the place is highly recommended for me with lots of basic amenities as well. read more

Almost over 9.35 acres of land with 80% of open space the project has a total of 6 towers and almost 27 floors. The apartments are in 2, 3, 4, and 5bhk. I live in a 4bhk flat currently. And I must say that the developers give the best qualities of indulgences and maintenance to everyone. The rooms have ample spaces to live and are well ventilated too. Decorations of every room are very high quality. Rooms are coloured with distemper colour and floors are designed with beautiful patterns of tiles. The elevators are so fastest and did not have any issues till now. All around all the settlements are quite good as well. read more

Apart from these, it also has adequate connectivity with highways. Subhash Bridge connecting Kalyan East and West has been converted into 2 lanes to decongest the traffic. That's why the residents don't face any traffic issues. Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport and Navi Mumbai International Airport are 40 km far from Kalyan West. Hospitals like Phadke Hospital, Fortis Hospital are so close to my residence. Bhartiya English School (my son reads here), Balak Mandir, Sharda Mandir School are also so close to this place, this residence is also close to RB Shopping Centre, Midtown One and Sarvoday Mall are some of the shopping malls and other daily essentials shops. read more
