Good things here

It's kind of a cosmopolitan society, there are people from different cultures and religions, there is much diversity and almost everyone one of them are very helpful and cooperative, we celebrate many festivals like christmas, holi , etc. Connectivity is good here too with sufficient parking spaces and autos and cabs easily accessible. Building is also nicely constructed with proper ventilation and lift facilities. There are no issues regarding water logging as road is properly maintained. There are no security issues too. read more

Things need improvement

I face problem regarding maintenance services here, yesterday also i have made a complaint but issue isn't resolved yet. Maintenance team seems to be kind of lazy. Sometimes, we face issues regarding seepage in the washrooms. There is no metro station available nearby. read more

Good things here

It's has been good to live in this society. Parking spaces are available here, and autos , cabs and rickshaws are also easily accessible. The building is well constructed with proper ventilation and no issues of cracks and electric supply. People here are very engaging, almost everyone participates in the society fests. The amenities here are very good, there are gyms , 2-3 swimming pools and public parks available which caters to our refreshing needs. read more

Things need improvement

The major issue i face is of the quality of water. Sometimes, very dirty water comes and it smells very bad. Also, there are seepage issues too. Metro station is almost 5 km away, but shared autos are easily accessible so it doesn't pose much issue. Apart from this, sometimes, maintenance people do not receive calls. read more
