Good things here

The people here are very nice, friendly, and cooperative towards each other. There is a dedicated kids' area with various swings and amenities. Garbage collection is done on time, and there are no ventilation issues. All amenities such as gym and clubhouse are available and well-maintained. The residents are also very cooperative. Parking is not an issue, which is a big plus. The lifts also work properly. Overall, it sounds like a well-functioning and pleasant place to live! read more

Things need improvement

The main issues here are the poor quality of water, which increases the chances of skin diseases among residents. Additionally, the roads are not in good condition, and sometimes there are ventilation problems. Salty water is also a recurring issue. The infrastructure of the society needs improvement and attention. read more

Committee members are active and respond very well if you need any help. Connectivity-wise, within 500 meters, there are ATMs, bus stops, supermarkets, and schools. The road condition is good, with functional street lights and ample parking space. Amenities include a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, table tennis, basketball court, cricket pitch, children's play area, walking track, and community hall. Maintenance-wise, they clean thoroughly and collect garbage daily. There are no issues with water and power supply, and the lift functions well. read more

T The transportation connectivity is good, with easy availability of autos and cabs outside the society. The roads are in good condition, and the ventilation in Q block is excellent. There is no seepage, and the gym, clubhouse, and play area are well-maintained. CCTV cameras and security services are available, and the people are friendly. Garbage is disposed of daily in the morning in a segregated manner, and the society is well-planted. read more

There could be more plantation to enhance the greenery. Although Q block has only 3 and 4 floors, having only one elevator can sometimes be insufficient. read more

As of November 30, 2018, we have 25 completed projects, representing 12.86 million square feet of Saleable Area, out of which our 20 completed projects in the cities of Bengaluru and Chennai accounted for 87.69% of our Saleable Area. Further, 81.88% of our total Saleable Area for completed projects were in the mid-market category and affordable housing category (with midmarket and affordable categories accounting for 48.02% and 33.86% respectively), and the remainder in the commercial and office space and luxury housing categories, as of November 30, 2018.
