In the housing society, almost all the people have their own vehicle thus the parking space is limited in the area. There is a regular water supply from both the municipal corporation and the borewell. There is a concrete road connecting the housing society to the main road. There are playgrounds for the children.

People are friendly and well-behaved. The society is situated on the arterial Ghodbunder Road and is just in front of the Sanjay Gandhi National Park, providing green lungs for the area and its residents. Metro work is also on which should get completed within the next 3-4 years, which will further boost the connectivity.

Society has well-connected roads. All the major facilities like good connectivity through transport, local shops, banks, schools, and hospitals are located nearby.
