Amenities such as swimming pools, clubhouses, gyms, table tennis, and kids' play areas are available and well-maintained, providing enjoyable recreational options. Maintenance charges are reasonable, making it affordable for residents. Nearby hospitals cater to emergency medical needs, ensuring prompt healthcare access. Maintenance of the society is very good, with water facilities being very good and power backups available. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately in the society. Amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, gyms, table tennis, and kids' play area, which are available and maintained well. Repairs were done in the last 6 months for the society. Construction quality is very good; there are no seepage or leak issues in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable. Public transportation, like buses, is available within a 500-meter distance from the society. Malls are available within a 100-meter distance, and the metro is available within a 500-meter distance from the society, making it very convenient. Supermarkets are also available within walking distance from the society, which is very convenient. read more

I like the connecticvity of the society to the main road as i use a personal vehical for coomute.

Things need improvement

Construction quality of the building is poot, their are seepage and water leekage issue very often. the societie's maintenance team is not that good for instence the swimming pool of the society is never maintained. all the plumbing lines are of very bad quality. read more
