The positive aspects of this society are numerous. Firstly, its remote location ensures that it is not overcrowded, offering residents a calm and peaceful environment. The connectivity remains decent, with essential amenities nearby. There's a small grocery store just outside the society, a school within a 1km radius, and a market less than a kilometer away. Additionally, the bus stop is conveniently located around 1. 5 km from the society. The society has excellent maintenance facilities, including a sewage treatment plant and a water recycling system, ensuring cleanliness and sustainability. Power backups are reliable due to diesel generators, and there are no issues with water supply or cleanliness. The monthly maintenance charges are reasonable, approximately Rs. 2800. The society has a range of amenities, including a gym, clubhouse, kids' play area, table tennis, caroms, and a swimming pool. Residents can also enjoy ample open space for walking and beautiful landscapes with lush greenery. read more

Things need improvement

In this society, the construction quality is not up to the mark, and there is a high-tension tower inside the community that the association has failed to remove despite ongoing complaints from residents for the past 5 to 6 years. Additionally, the security guards are inactive and lazy. read more

Maintenance services are efficient, ensuring no water scarcity issues during summer and smooth elevators are well maintained. There are no issues with water or electricity, and garbage disposal services are prompt. Robust security measures are in place for residents' safety. The amenities, including a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, basketball court, and designated play areas for children, cater to diverse interests. Overall, the environment of the society is conducive to comfortable living. read more

During my time there, which was around a year ago before we sold the property, the connectivity to bus stops and super-specialty hospitals was a bit far from the society, posing some inconvenience. read more

Good things here

The apartment is excellent, boasting high-quality plaster and walls. Thanks to excellent ventilation and high construction standards, there are no issues with leakages in the flats. The location is convenient, with a bus stop just 1. 5 km away, and schools, hospitals, and a supermarket within 4 km. We also use the Big Basket app for quick deliveries. The road condition is good, with working street lights and ample parking space for all residents. Amenities abound, including table tennis, a basketball court, a yoga room, indoor and outdoor games, a gym, a swimming pool, a clubhouse, and a community hall. Maintenance is top-notch, with daily garbage collection and no water or power issues. The surrounding community is friendly and enjoys interacting with one another. read more
