Outside the society, roads suffer from poor quality, leading to significant traffic congestion, compounded by limited public transport options. The gym is well-equipped and decent, providing all necessary equipment. The park and children's play area are nice, and the garden is well-maintained with ample greenery. In case of power loss, there is immediate transfer to the DG, which can support at least 1-2 AC units and sometimes even a geyser and heater. Additionally, there is a small swimming pool and a playing area available. read more

During the monsoon season, water collects in the basement. Some flats are affected by termites damaging furniture. The wall plaster quality is poor, leading to constant chipping. The society is located far from cities and is situated in the middle of a village with roads in very bad condition, making daily travel challenging. Although there is a swimming pool, it is not operational, and the club is not well-maintained. The society is distant from basic conveniences like metros and malls. read more
