Good things here

Connectivity like cabs and autos is easily available in the society. If we book Ola or Uber, they will arrive quickly. Water facilities are very good, and power backup is also available in the society. Garbage collection is very good, with wet and dry waste collected separately. Amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available in the society. The metro is available within 2 kilometers from the society. There is visitor parking also available. Hospitals are available within 1. 5 kilometers from the society, which is very convenient for emergencies. read more

Things need improvement

The construction quality is poor, with some seepage issues in certain areas of the society. Parking spaces are a concern, especially for some people, mainly in the lift area parking, which is congested. Cleanliness should be improved, particularly in common areas and the garbage collection area. We have reliable electricity and water supply, and the interiors of the apartments are impressive with proper ventilation. I appreciated the excellent construction quality, ensuring no seepage or termite issues, and proper ventilation with good plaster and fittings. Each resident having designated parking with rules followed was convenient. The regular garbage collection with proper segregation of wet and dry waste was efficient. Having amenities like the gym and clubhouse available and well-maintained was a plus. The neighbors were friendly, and the presence of well-maintained elevators added to the convenience. read more

Connectivity was a challenge, with issues like Ola and Uber cancelling rides. Additionally, the airport and railway station were far away, which was inconvenient. Other than these issues, everything else was good. read more

The society has no issues with parking and there are no street dogs. The society's construction quality is good, with no issues of leakage or seepage anywhere. Security is also excellent; the building is very strong with no cracks, and the guards remain active at all times. read more
