The roads are good, parking is available, garbage segregation is done, the lift is functional, there is no seepage (except on the top floor), and the people are cooperative. read more

Things need improvement

The road behind the building is not good, there is no parking for visitors, there is a bus problem despite having a station, and the gym and clubhouse are not in good condition. read more

Furthermore, the construction quality of the buildings is robust, with no reported issues of seepage or leakage. Ventilation in my flat is excellent, and the drainage system within the society functions efficiently. Mobile network connectivity remains reliable, without any notable issues. Our society boasts a range of amenities, including a swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area for kids, all of which are well-maintained. Residents foster a friendly and cooperative atmosphere, often coming together to celebrate cultural festivals and events.
