Good things here

The society is really nice because it's super clean and there aren't any leaks or water problems anywhere. The gym and pool are really good and taken care of well, which shows that people here want things to be really good. There are lots of different ways to get around, like buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis, which makes it easy for people to go where they need to go. People who live here like the lively markets, stores, hospitals, and schools nearby because they help them a lot. There's also a big park where kids can play and have fun. People who live here are really friendly and nice, and they make everyone feel welcome. read more

Things need improvement

There are absolutely no problems whatsoever in the society; everything is in tiptop shape and impeccably maintained. The residents are all pleasant and amiable, and the transportation links couldn't be better for those who commute daily. read more

Autos and cabs are easily available, the society has good connectivity with the entrance on the main road, parking is good for both visitors and residents, Vaishali metro is just 100 meters away, garbage is segregated, cleanliness is maintained daily, the paint is being redone, electricity and water supply are reliable, the construction is good, the amenities include a gym, clubhouse, swimming pool, basketball and badminton courts, and the people of the society are friendly and harmonious with labor welfare. read more

Things need improvement

One small area of my house has a seepage problem that is being addressed with repainting, the clubhouse is partially available but under renovation, and the lifts are being replaced due to the society's age, with 30-40% already changed and the rest still pending. read more

Everything generally exceeds expectations. However, the gym, which used to be functional, is now closed. Additionally, the hall previously used for society functions is also closed, and events are now held outside on the society premises. It would be beneficial if the hall could be reopened for its intended use. read more
