Things need improvement

Outside the society, roads are in poor condition, leading to significant traffic issues. Public transport options are limited, exacerbating transportation challenges. Additionally, parking space is limited, resulting in chaos among residents. Unfortunately, there is no power backup, leading to frequent power cuts. Moreover, water supply can be inconsistent, with shortages occurring at times. read more

Good things here

Prateek stylome is a high class luxurious society with all the amenities such as swimming pool, gym, salon and even atms are available in the society. Lush greenary and a beautiful garden with a variety of flowers are present there. Parking spot is fabulous and the residents are not facing any issues regarding the same. The local transports such as metro and cabs is accessible. There are a lot of cultural events and activties that keep happening in the society which makes the interation among the neighbours really great. read more

Things need improvement

Garbage collection and disposal is not made properly. There is a major issue regarding water logging, leakage and seeapge. Lifts are not available in the society. Others are fine. read more

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. There are no water logging issues faced inside or outside the society. Drainange system is very good now and repaired in the society. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society.Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. The constructuion quality is good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the festivals and events are celebrated together in the society. There are no stray animal issues faced inside the society. read more

We are planning to leave this society. Swimming pool & gym house hai accha society mein. Connectivity tabhi acha hai jab aapke paas apni personal vehicle ho. Log acche padhe likhe rehte hain. Society mein open space acha hai, price kam hai flats ke. read more

Things need improvement

Premium societies se neeche ka standard hai. Maintenance sahi nahi hai, paani nahi aata tha, 2-3 ghante light hi nahi aati thi. Aisa hota tha 3-4 din hi paani nahi aata tha, 8-10 ghante light nahi aati thi. No hygiene maintain is done. Public transport acha nahi hai, auto wagera nahi milta hai. Construction quality itni bekaar hai ke kabhi bhi building gir sakti hai. Security guards sab aged hain 90 saal ke, koi bhi young watchmen nahi hai. read more
