Good things here

It's awesome that there are no issues with leakage or seepage, and that all modern amenities are available and well-maintained. Having good and cooperative neighbors who celebrate festivals together adds to the community feel. Plus, having 24/7 water supply and good cleanliness is definitely a big plus. It's great that there are no traffic issues near the society, and that connectivity is good with buses and taxis readily available. And it's always a relief when issues are resolved promptly. read more

Things need improvement

It's understandable to feel that the maintenance charges are a bit high. Adding more greenery to the society could definitely enhance its appeal and make it a more pleasant living environment. read more

Good things here

The residential cooperative is pretty good. The flats have nice ventilation and sunlight, which is a big plus. Water is always available, and they do a good job of keeping everything clean. read more

Things need improvement

The connectivity isn't great, and it's tough to find public transport nearby. The market is a bit far off too. Leaks and seepage are a big problem here. Plus, there's no garden, and the swimming pool and gym are tiny. The lifts could definitely use some maintenance. Also, it's a bummer that they don't celebrate festivals in the society. read more

I look forward to moving in as soon as construction is complete. They offer children's play areas, a swimming pool, a squash court, a party lawn, a fitness facility, and a table tennis court, among other attractions.
