Good things here

I am a former resident and everything was great there. I had no issues at all. The connectivity was excellent with easy access to public transportation, and the neighborhood was friendly and welcoming. Maintenance was top-notch, and the construction quality was very good. All amenities were available and well-kept. Overall, it was a wonderful place to live with everything I needed. read more

While living there, I found everything to be perfect. There were no issues at all with connectivity, maintenance, construction, or the neighborhood. The amenities were great, and even the swimming pool was well-suited for everyone. The clubhouse was nice too, though it could have had more equipment. read more

Good things here

Everything was really very good in the society. Maintenance was top-notch. Society has amenities such as a really good gym, a very clean swimming pool, and a well-maintained clubhouse. Connectivity of the society was very good with autos, taxis, and buses easily available. Grocery shops, markets, schools, and clinics were nearby, making it easy to get around. There's a big park that makes the area even nicer. Kids can play there and have fun, which makes the whole neighborhood feel even better. Water supply and electricity were available full-time, and construction quality was good with no sealing and seepage issues. read more

Uncovered parking was available and allotted for everyone. Neighbors were also good there , all festival like hli , diwali were celebrated together . There was no issue of waterlogging. Garbage collection was on time, and cleanliness and hygiene were maintained. The lift and CCTV were also well-maintained. Public transport like auto, rickshaws were easily available. Grocery stores, schools, malls, markets , were nearby the society. Ventilation was good, no issues with seepage or leakage read more

There used to be a bit of an issue with leakage in our society. There is no metro station in that area. If there was any problem with maintenance, the maintenance team didn't coordinate well with us; their communication wasn't good. read more
