Good things here

I used to live earlier in the mentioned society, is a former resident. Society ki connectivity acha hai , public transport mil jata hai. No issues of waterlogging. Cleaning achi hai society ki. Basement parking is also available. Security acha hai with safety features & cctv cameras. 2 gardens hain & play area hai children ke khelne ke liye society mein. Mandir bhi hai society mein. Gazebo is also there in the society. Neighbours are also good , sab festivals wagera celebrate karte hain. read more

Things need improvement

Minor issues of leakage,seepage in society. Balcony itna bada nahi hai flats ka. Amenities nahi hai society mein like no swimming pool, gym & clubhouse in the society. read more

There is no problem of seepage or leakage. The society has been maintained very well from the inside and there are no concerns. The school and hospital are nearby. The residents of the society are quite good . Auto rickshaws, cabs, and buses are easily available. A gym and park are available in the society. read more

Things need improvement

There is an issue with repainting here. There should be an open space play area, there is also a lighting issue which creates a problem for children to play at night. All of these things should be addressed. read more

The transportation connectivity is good with easy availability of public transport options, malls and markets. The construction quality of the society is also good for eight years. Paintings are done timely. There is a park for children. CCTVs and Elevators are installed. The neighborhood consists of decent people who celebrate all festivals and events together. There are so drainage issues or water supply issues in the society. The balconies are provided. The amount of sunlight is ample. read more

The society provided basic all facilities but, the basic amenities like gym swimming pool and clubhouse are not available in the society premises. Also, roads nearby must be improved. read more
