The connectivity is excellent, with various modes of public transport easily accessible nearby, along with essential amenities such as shops, supermarkets, schools, and restaurants just a short distance away. Parking space is abundant, and the construction quality of our buildings is commendable, although we do encounter occasional issues like seepage, leakage, and plaster problems. Nevertheless, my flat receives ample sunlight, and ventilation is excellent, creating a pleasant living environment. I'm pleased to note that our society is well-maintained and kept clean, with proper hygiene standards upheld. Garbage collection is punctual, and we seldom encounter any water supply or electricity issues. The drainage system effectively prevents waterlogging, and essential facilities such as lifts, CCTV cameras, and security systems are operational and well-maintained, ensuring residents' safety and security. Moreover, the friendly and cooperative atmosphere within our society fosters a sense of community, with residents coming together to celebrate cultural events and festivals. I'm also delighted that our society is pet-friendly, allowing residents to enjoy the company of their beloved pets. Additionally, we have a range of facilities available, including a clubhouse and other amenities, which further enhances our quality of life. read more

Living in my society offers many conveniences, but it's worth noting that certain amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and park are not available on-site. While this may be a drawback for some residents, the surrounding area likely offers alternative options for recreation and fitness activities. read more
