Uncovered parking is allotted for everyone. However, the construction quality is good, ventilation is proper, and there are no issues with seepage or leakage. Garbage collection is timely. The lifts, CCTV cameras, and security are working well without any issues. read more

Transportation options are not good here; autos and rickshaws are not available. There are no grocery shops, malls, or markets nearby. Metro connectivity is also unavailable in this area. Autos and cabs are easily available. The roads are decent, and parking is sufficient. Maintenance is good, and elevators are installed with power backup. There is no seepage or cracks in my flat.
