Amenities such as a park, gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are available. Everything about the society was excellent. The connectivity was good, the construction quality was top-notch, and there were no issues with seepage. Maintenance services were also prompt and efficient, ensuring everything ran smoothly. read more

One downside was the lack of a pool facility among the available amenities in the society. Additionally, there seemed to be a preference for owner occupants over bachelors in terms of interaction. read more

Good things here

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. CCTV is installed in the society, security system is very good. Security guards are available. The constructuion quality is good in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Water logging issues are not faced inside or outside the society. Drainage system is good in the society. Water supply issues are also not faced in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society read more

Gym is available but it is very small, sufficient equipements are not available in the gym.
