Autos, buses, and other public transport options are readily available nearby. The roads outside the society are well-maintained, and there are no traffic jam issues. There are no problems with leakage or seepage in the flats. Ventilation is good, and there is a gym in the society. read more

Things need improvement

Next to us, two residents who have been allotted parking spaces are having an ongoing dispute over parking. They often park their cars on the road, causing issues for our tenants who struggle to find parking. The society has not been as clean as it used to be since it was handed over. Occasionally, there are issues with water supply; if corporation water is available only at specific times, we have to purchase water from nearby villages when the supply runs low. There is no swimming pool, and the garden is not well-maintained. The residents are not very cooperative. read more

There is no parking available inside the society for visitors; they have to park outside. The society does not have a swimming pool. Water comes from the corporation, but it is only available twice a day, in the morning and evening, so residents have to store it. read more
