The water facility is excellent, ensuring a continuous and reliable water supply. Additionally, there is a power backup system in place to address any electricity outages. Waste management is efficiently handled, with separate collection of wet and dry waste. Essential facilities such as supermarkets, milk shops, and fruit shops are conveniently located within walking distance from the society. The ventilation in the flats is commendable, contributing to a comfortable living environment. Furthermore, maintenance charges are reasonable and depend on the square footage of the flats, ensuring fairness for all residents. read more

Maintenance is well taken care of with 30 housekeeping staff ensuring daily cleaning and garbage collection. We have 24/7 water and power supply, and the lift is well-maintained. Connectivity is excellent as we are located on the main road, with D Mart, Vijetha shopping malls, petrol bunks, schools, and hospitals all within 1 km. The road conditions are excellent, with street lights ensuring good visibility at night. There's good water and power supply, and the lift functions smoothly. Amenities like table tennis, swimming pool, gym, club, party hall, kids' play area, and walking track are available.
