Maintenance services in our society are exemplary, ensuring timely cleanliness and hygiene upkeep. Garbage collections are consistently on schedule, and hospitals are conveniently located nearby. The connecting roads are in good condition, with functional street lights enhancing safety, and public transportation options like auto-rickshaws, buses, and cabs are easily accessible. I personally use my car for travel and have a designated parking space within the society. Local shops, supermarkets, and grocery stores are conveniently situated nearby, and guest parking facilities are available. Thankfully, I haven't faced any water supply issues thus far, and any concerns that do arise are promptly addressed by the society. The CCTV system and elevators are regularly maintained, and I've never encountered any issues with them. Paintings and waterproofing are conducted on time, ensuring the longevity of our buildings, and there have been no construction issues to date. The wall quality is excellent, and ample sunlight and ventilation are received in the rooms. Pet-related issues are minimized as separate spots are allocated for pets. The residents are friendly and social, often organizing events and festivals efficiently. Furthermore, our society boasts modern amenities like a gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and kids' play area, all meticulously maintained. read more

Frequent power cuts happens specially during summer season. Major issues are faced regarding electricity. There is no power backup available. Security guards are limited in the society. Outside the society there are slum areas where it remains dirty and water logging happens. read more

Good things here

I found the maintenance services provided by our society quite good. If I ever had any issues regarding electricity or plumbing, a service would be provided within an hour after making a call, so I never had to wait long for help. Garbage collection was also timely, scheduled daily at 10:00 a. m. , which made it convenient for me to dispose of waste. All amenities in the society, such as the gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, garden, and park, were well-maintained, enhancing my overall living experience. I enjoyed participating in society events and celebrations, such as Holi, Diwali, and Navratri, which were organized with enthusiasm. Occasionally, these activities would cause a bit of disturbance during my working hours, but overall, I found the people in the society to be friendly and cooperative. read more

I faced a significant problem with the absence of public transport around the society, which was quite inconvenient for me. However, regarding the construction of the society itself, I never encountered any issues inside my flat, which was reassuring. Unfortunately, the plaster on the outer walls of the buildings was not good; it would peel off, causing electricity connection issues and affecting the overall electricity supply. It's definitely tough dealing with the lack of nearby public transport around the society. Having to travel long distances just to catch a bus or train can really be a hassle, especially for daily routines or errands. And the maintenance issues, along with the high costs involved, are disappointing. High maintenance charges, combined with frequent power cuts that require generator use, can really take a toll financially. Plus, extra fees for different services can quickly add up, putting even more strain on residents' budgets. It's a tough situation all around. read more
