The ventilation in the flats isn't enough, so the air gets stale and there are bad smells that stick around, especially in shared areas like hallways and stairwells. read more

The windows in the flats are old and leaky, so in winter, cold air comes in, and in summer, hot air seeps through. This makes it harder to keep the inside comfortable and increases energy bills. read more

Despite being an older society, there are no issues with construction defects, showcasing excellent build quality for the area. The society offers a range of amenities including a well-equipped gym, functional pool, banquet hall, basement parking, and garden�all of which are well-maintained. Owners have allocated parking slots within the society. Festivals are celebrated within the community, fostering strong social connections. The roads are well-maintained, which adds to the convenience. Regular garbage collection is done with proper segregation of wet and dry waste. The elevators are installed and maintained, ensuring smooth vertical transportation. The electricity and water supply are reliable. The construction quality is good, with no issues related to seepage or termites, and the units have proper ventilation with good plaster and fitting. Additionally, the security is robust with CCTV cameras and security guards always present. read more

Water pipes often crack, and there is no support available when problems arise. There are no amenities at all, which is quite disappointing.
