Within walking distance, residents can access a supermarket and clinics. Furthermore, hospitals, shopping malls, and international schools are all within a 3km radius. Construction quality is satisfactory, and ventilation is adequate. Amenities such as a gym, play areas, and a swimming pool are available, with ample parking space provided, ensuring no issues with parking. The residents are known for their friendliness and good conduct. Society maintenance is commendable, evidenced by the absence of complaints regarding electricity and plumbing, due to the efficient maintenance department. The flats are very spacious, with large balconies where we can grow plants. The walking spaces are very spacious in the society. Roads are well-maintained in the society. People are very friendly and cooperative in the society. Garbage collection is very good in the society and occurs daily at a particular time. read more

Amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and football court are available and well-maintained. The water facility is very good, with 24/7 availability in the society. Power backup is also available. Garbage collection is efficient, with separate collection for wet and dry waste. Security is excellent in the society. Additionally, facilities like grocery shops and supermarkets are within walking distance from the society. read more

Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. There are a lot of traffic issues in the society. The hospitals are quite far, around 2-3 kilometers from the society. read more

Developer has given excellent amenities, right from gym and swimming pool to open space, greenery, walking and jogging track, fire safety, security service, power backup and many other such things. Everything is top class here. The location is perfect having connectivity to other parts of Bengaluru. Wide roads are pleasure to drive in quiet neighborhood without much traffic jam. For those commuting, there are metro stations. Supermarket is accessible with school and hospital also. Overall the project is perfect to reside. read more
