Garbage collection is consistently delayed, adding to the overall dissatisfaction with the services provided. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house and parks is not available in the society. Most of the times the street lights does not work even after multiple complaints it's still in the same condition. Water logging issues happens on the main road. This happens a lot during rainy season. Some mobile network issues happens. Street dogs and monkey issues happens a lot in this area. The constructuion quality is not good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. read more

Regular garbage collection with wet and dry waste segregation is practiced. The neighbours are very nice and friendly. Elevators are installed and maintained, and there are CCTV cameras and a 24/7 security guard available. read more

Things need improvement

The maintenance is average, and the construction is very poor as it is an old building with issues such as seepage in the apartments and throughout the society. There is no gym, and for the swimming pool and clubhouse, we have to take a membership, which I think is not fair. Rest everything is fine. read more
