Good things here

The connectivity here is fantastic, with buses, autos, and cabs always available. It's convenient having schools and markets nearby. The construction quality is top-notch with no seepage or termite issues, and there's good ventilation. Each resident gets designated parking, and everyone follows the rules. The garbage collection is regular and well-organized, with separate bins for wet and dry waste. The gym, clubhouse, swimming pool, and garden are all well-maintained, and the neighbors are incredibly friendly, we're like family. The elevators are always in good working condition. read more

Honestly, there's nothing to complain about. Everything in the society is perfect and well-managed. The RWA does an excellent job of maintaining everything with precision. I have no complaints at all. read more

Good things here

People here are friendly and good natured, Society culture of this society is very good. no issues regarding water supply. there are no issues regarding seepage, cracks etc. Security facilities are also okay, CCTV's are there. Autos and cabs are easily accessible , parking space is also sufficient. public parks are available, ventilation is good too. read more

Things need improvement

Garbage collection facilities are not provided, everything is self maintained. We face electricity issues generally. There are no amenities like swimming pool or gym available. read more

Poor drainage facilities, illegal parking, potholed roads, and illegal parking cause problems for the residents. Water logging is a major problem here during monsoon. There is also traffic jam in Sangam Nagar of this area, causing inconvenience to the local people.

Closely located to the local mall, market, schools, colleges and institutes and this is prime reason why I bought a flat here because I have kids who needs to go to school. Anyways, the construction of the flat is at par and I am satisfied with the floor plan and design of the entire house. There are hardly any issues related to power supply or water supply. read more

Apart from these, so many major negative points should also be included here to draw the attention of the Authority. Locals told me that there is limited access to public transport in the area and if I don't get a cab in case of an emergency it will be quite disappointing for me as a nurse. The local people repeatedly complained about the poor water supply. read more
