Good things here

I've noticed a discrepancy in the construction quality within our society. While the front three towers seem well-constructed, the condition of the six towers at the back is not satisfactory. It appears that lower-quality materials were used in their construction. Additionally, the roads inside the society are in poor condition and require maintenance. This can be inconvenient for residents and affects the overall appearance and functionality of the community. I've found the people in our society to be friendly and cooperative. However, it's worth noting that our society is not particularly pet-friendly, as most residents do not prefer pets. read more

Good things here

It's great to have autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs readily available right outside the society. Being close to market areas, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants makes daily errands much easier. I'm grateful that our society is well-maintained, clean, and hygienic, with timely garbage collection services. It really contributes to a pleasant living environment. And having friendly and cooperative neighbors makes it feel like a real community. I'm also relieved that we don't have any pet-related or street dog issues to worry about, and that our rooms are well-ventilated. Plus, the consistent water supply and minimal electricity issues make life much smoother. nd the presence of security measures like CCTV and security guards adds an extra layer of safety. Having amenities like a gym, park, club house, and play area for kids right here in the society is incredibly convenient and adds to our quality of life. read more

The green area is limited, and the swimming pool is smaller than ideal. Additionally, there are some seepage issues, but I'm glad to hear that they're addressed and maintained in a timely manner. read more
