Parking is ample, and security is robust with CCTV cameras and guards. The lifts are maintained well, and there are no problems with leakage or seepage in the flats. The residents are cooperative, and there is a consistent water supply. read more

Fortunately, major electricity problems are a rarity here, so we can count on a stable power supply. Our building's lift is well-maintained, providing easy accessibility for everyone.
