Connectivity options like cabs and auto-rickshaws are available in the society, and if we book Ola or Uber, they're accessible within the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. Power backup is available for common areas. Parking area is very spacious in the society, and there are 2 visitor parking spaces. Maintenance charges are reasonable. There are 2 grocery shops inside the society. Vegetable and fruit vendors are available thrice a week inside the society. Public transportation like buses is available within 600 meters from the society. There are 5 hospitals nearby, including 3 multi-specialty hospitals. There are 2 metro stations nearby the society. The street lights are working well in the society, and there are electrical battery street lights outside the society, which is very good. read more

Water facility is poor, with 30% dependence on tankers and only 70% reliance on the boring water in the society. There are also some external cracks in the society, which is very inconvenient. read more

The ambiance is good, and there is CCTV coverage, making it a secure place. Connectivity-wise, within 1. 5 km, there are bus stops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and hospitals. The road condition is good, and street lights are working. There is ample parking space. Maintenance-wise, they clean daily and collect garbage timely. There are no issues with water and power, and the lift is functioning well. Amenities include a swimming pool, table tennis, gym, clubhouse, children's play area, walking track, and community hall. Construction-wise, there are no leakage issues, and the apartments get good ventilation overall. read more

Within the community, there are no supermarkets, which can be inconvenient for residents who need to travel outside the society for their grocery shopping and daily necessities. read more

The society is immaculate and safe, which makes it a wonderful place to reside. We have a shopping complex nearby, with one being within walking distance. The neighborhood is fantastic, and our neighbors are friendly. Any issues we encounter are promptly addressed by the management team, and there are no maintenance issues like leaks or seepage. We also have access to a gym and a clubhouse, which are available with membership. read more

The construction quality is not good; there are leaks and seepages in the bathrooms, as well as some external cracks on the society walls. Cleaning should be improved on our side of the city. The parking area is congested and limited. read more

The maintenance charges are justified. There was a leakage issue in my flat before, but it has been resolved now. Cleanliness is maintained well. We receive water supply 24/7. The residents are decent. The society has all modern amenities. Festivals are celebrated here. Autos are easily available from the society. There is sufficient greenery. The lifts are well-maintained. read more

Near the society, towards Brigade IRV near the main circle, there are significant traffic issues. Due to this traffic, there is also a lot of noise pollution near the society. read more
