The flats are well-ventilated, receiving proper sunlight throughout the year, and the high construction quality ensures no seepage or leakage issues have been encountered. The people living here are great, and we often celebrate festivals together. The place is kept very clean. While there were some leakage and seepage problems before, they have been reduced a lot now.
