Good things here

Connectivity via cabs and autos is very convenient if we book through Ola and Uber in the city. Landscaping in the society is very good, and water facilities are excellent. Power backups are reliable, and garbage collection is very efficient. Construction quality is very good, with no major issues or deficiencies in the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained. Public transportation options like buses are available within a 200-meter distance, making it very convenient. Parking areas are spacious, and there is a designated visitor parking area in the society. Greenery in the society is well-maintained. Prices are very reasonable in the area. read more

There are no metro stations nearby, which is inconvenient. There is also pollution noise outside, which is very inconvenient. Crossing should be improved to ease this issue. read more

The maintenance charges were justified. There was enough greenery, and the cleanliness was up to the mark. There were no issues with leakage or seepage in my flat. The society had all modern amenities, and they were well-maintained. The residents were decent and cooperative, and festivals were celebrated together. Public transport was easily accessible from the society. read more

Some flats had slight leakage and seepage issues. During summers, tankers had to be called for water supply in the society. Since the society was on the main road, there was a bit of a traffic jam issue that had to be faced. read more

The construction of the building is good, and all the amenities are well-maintained. The neighbourhood is pleasant and friendly. There are no issues with CCTV, security, parking, guest parking, or stray dogs. It is generally a nice place to live. read more

Things need improvement

There is a bad odour in the washroom shakes, which is unpleasant. Booking Ola and Uber rides is often difficult, sometimes taking up to 40 minutes. Kids park their bicycles near the stairs and make the walls dirty. read more

Traffic issues occur due to ongoing metro work, and sometimes there is water logging in the parking area during the rainy season . in a flat seepage issue is there and it get rectified. read more
