Timely painting ensures that our surroundings always look vibrant and well-maintained. Each resident enjoys designated parking, with clear rules in place to maintain orderliness. But perhaps the best part of living here is the sense of community among our neighbors. They're not just nice and friendly; they're like an extended family. We celebrate each festival together, fostering bonds that make this place truly feel like home. Public transport facilities are not available nearby the society. There is no metro station close to the society, and both the railway station and airport are far away. The build quality is not great, with problems of leakages and seepages in the building. Maintenance was inadequate, and owners had to take care of these internal issues�themselves. read more

In my society, cabs are readily available, and just outside, there are nearby local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants, which make daily errands convenient. We have both guest and resident parking available, which is quite convenient. Maintenance services are excellent, ensuring our society is clean, and garbage collection is always on time. The roads here are well-maintained, and street lights provide good visibility at night. Inside, the rooms are properly ventilated, which adds to the comfort of living here. read more

The construction quality in our society is quite poor, affecting the walls and leading to issues where plaster frequently comes off. Seepage and leakage problems are also common concerns here. Public transport options are limited, and connectivity is not very good, so most residents rely on personal vehicles for travel. The neighborhood has decent connectivity overall, but getting to public transport requires a bit of a trek. However, I've noticed some shortcomings in the upkeep of our amenities lately. The swimming pool, for instance, could definitely use some more attention�it's not as well-maintained as it should be. And when it comes to construction quality, it's been a mixed bag. There have been issues like plaster peeling off in several flats, including mine, and even instances of it falling near the main gate, which is concerning. So, I'd say the construction quality leans towards the poorer side. read more
