Connectivity, like cabs and Uber, are easily available, ensuring convenience for residents. The area is very prime, making it highly desirable. Water facilities are excellent, available round the clock. Power backup is also reliable. Waste management is efficient; they collect waste and recycle it properly. Amenities like swimming pools, gyms, and kids' play areas are abundant, making living here very comfortable. Greenery adds to the beauty and tranquility of the environment. Parking spaces are sufficient, ensuring ease of access. The pathways are well-lit for safety during nighttime. There's also a community hall and a party hall available, perfect for social gatherings. We can also avail ourselves of various events, making life here very enjoyable. read more

Construction quality is not good because the site is old, and some issues arise due to this. Maintenance charges are also high. Public transportation is available but at a considerable distance. The metro station is far away as well. read more

The environment is peaceful, and the people are friendly and helpful. We celebrate many festivals together, such as Bonalu, Bathukamma, and Diwali. Within the community, we have supermarkets, and a bus stop and hospital are just a 2-minute walk away. The roads are in good condition, the street lights are working, and there is ample parking space. The amenities include table tennis, a basketball court, a badminton court, a gym, a clubhouse, a swimming pool, a children's play area, and a walking track. Our apartment complex is built really well, with lots of space and nice surroundings. The apartments have good airflow and balconies, and it's easy to get around inside. We've got supermarkets, stores, ATMs, and lots of fun stuff like pools, tennis courts, gyms, and playgrounds, all within a short walk. Maintenance is on point with daily garbage pickup, and we always have water and electricity. The location is handy too, with schools nearby and good roads with plenty of parking. People here are friendly and educated, and we get along well. read more
