There's lots of natural light and excellent ventilation. Among the facilities are parks, a clubhouse, a playground, a garden, a swimming pool, and a gym. Residents of the building have great access, plenty of parking, friendly neighbors, and well-maintained elevators. Regular cleaning and trash removal are performed. The exceptional quality of the building, which is unaffected by termites, leaks, seepage, or fissures, is something the neighborhood is extremely proud of. The supply of electricity and water is constant. Access to cabs, buses, and other public transportation is simple. There is a security guard on duty. The roads are in decent condition, and a subway is being constructed close by. Schools, hospitals, and markets are all conveniently located. read more
