The roads outside the society are well-maintained, ensuring smooth travel without any water logging issues, and street lights illuminate the way, providing safety at all times. Within the society, I have access to fantastic amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, park, and play area for kids, all meticulously maintained for residents' enjoyment. The spaciousness and excellent ventilation in the rooms enhance the overall comfort of living here. Safety is a top priority with CCTV surveillance covering every corner, and the lifts are always in proper working order. Good things here

The society residents gives the maintainance charges on time. Rules and regulations are followed by all. The society is very well managed. Issues that arise are resolved on time by the society. Parking space is ample and also visitor's parking is available. There are fast lifts in the society, my flat is on 35th floor and I have never faced any issues regarding lifts. The connectivity of the society is very nice, everything is available in public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. Play area is quite big. The society is well maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Regularly Garbage collection is done on time. seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the flats. The construction quality of the buildings is very good. Security guards are available. CCTV cameras are properly installed and functions properly. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house and parks is available in the society, amenities are properly maintained and all are functional. People are friendly, educated and cooperative, all the cultural festivals and events are also celebrated together. read more

It's essential for me as a pet owner to respect these guidelines to ensure harmony with my neighbors who may not have pets. This includes proper pet care, waste disposal, and noise control. As for the poor road conditions outside the society due to ongoing metro construction, it's challenging to navigate through the traffic jams, especially during rush hours. The numerous potholes make it particularly difficult to drive my two-wheeler in these conditions. read more

The society is well-maintained and clean, with regular garbage collection and timely pest control contributing to a pleasant living environment. water logging and mobile network issues are not a problem here. This is a government develpoed sociery so there are no modern amenities like gym, swwimming pool and club house available in the society. Play area is very small, not that nice. There are no lifts installed in the society. Redevelopment is required in the society as society is very old. The constructuion quality is not in good condition, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Fire estinguishers are not available. There is open parking and parking area needs maintenance. Stairs have become very old. read more
