Living in our society is a breeze thanks to the excellent connectivity. I can easily find public transport options like autos and cabs just a short walk away. The construction quality of our buildings is top-notch; I've never had to deal with issues like seepage, leakage, or plaster problems. We have a gym, swimming pool, club house, park, and even a play area for the kids�all right here in our society. And I must say, cleanliness is a priority here; everything is always well-maintained and hygienic. Garbage collection and pest control are done on time without fail. One thing I really appreciate is the lack of mobile network issues. It's such a relief to not have to deal with dropped calls or poor reception. And water supply is never an issue; we always have water available without any disruptions. I've never experienced water logging or drainage problems either, both inside and outside the society. The roads outside are well-maintained, and traffic issues are minimal. Electricity is reliable, and the lifts are always in good working order. Security-wise, I feel quite safe here. With CCTV installed and a good security system in place, along with the presence of security guards, I can rest easy knowing our society is well-protected. read more

Transportation connectivity near the society was satisfactory with availability of cabs and buses. Market areas and hospitals were close by. Maintenance quality was good with regular water supply, power backup and electricity supply. The parking area was provided in the basement. Security system was well maintained. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse were available. read more

Metro station was not available. Construction quality was poor with some seepage and cracks in the buildings. Amenities were not well functional. Residents didn't celebrate many events together. read more

The roads surrounding the society were in excellent condition, with no potholes or water logging problems. All modern amenities were accessible and impeccably maintained, with no charges for tenants. Residents enjoyed round-the-clock water and electricity supply. Security was paramount, with a comprehensive CCTV surveillance system covering all areas. Festivals were joyously celebrated within the community, and residents were known for their helpfulness and cooperation. read more

The build quality of the society was subpar, with internal seepage issues and thin walls that lacked soundproofing. This meant residents could easily hear noises from their neighbors, which was quite disruptive. read more
