Being an investor in this project, I feel pleased with their amenities. I have bought a 3 BHK flat for my family with much accessible prices with the perfect housing. Both 2BHK and 3BHK flats have attached balcony with adequate room emblem and considerable amount of areas in the dining room, bedroom, kitchen and living room as well. Every building has the fastest elevators, a good water supply, perfect drainage and sewage systems. Every flat has good electricity services including AC, lights and ceiling fans, geysers as well. Thus according to me, it's an excellent choice for everyone who are looking for a luxurious dwelling. read more

For me, it is one of the best township projects completed in Thane with most of the conveniences as they pledged. This is one of the substantial habitats with good connectivity to highways and railway station is just few kms off to the residence. And it is located at the heart of the Thane City for that we can easily access to the main city and the all facilities as well. And I highly recommend this place because several renowned shopping malls, IT hubs, theatres, schools and colleges, parlours, banks, hospitals are at stones throw distances to my residence also. read more

I would say i liked the project a lot when i went for a site visit with my husband. However, the thraffic was too much in the connecting road to the site and it took us nearly 1hour to reach the distance of some kms. The contsruction is still going on so thats why there are so many potholes. However, i liked all the amenities that they are gonna give us once the project is all done. read more

According to me, this place delivers a lot of installations for the residents as it's having a huge place for tree plantation and gardening which makes a well-ventilated atmosphere across the campus. This residence comprising playgrounds for kids, a swimming pool, gyms, spaces for meditation and yoga, martial arts corner, community and party hall, cafe lounge and pool room as well. I also meditate every morning so it will be a best thing for me. Also, it has some open space for morning or evening walk for my parents. Kalpataru Paramount is the ultimate choice of a residence located in Kapurbawdi Junction in Thane. It is a perfect blend of ancestral and trendy art and design of buildings and the whole campus as well. I love that they have all the deceased conveniences including experienced security services, ample area for car parking, proper services when I will be needing etc. This housing is an incredibly agreeable and perfect place for a person like me who loves composure and tranquillity.
